Psychic Situps is a lively, supportive practice series designed to strengthen your intuitive and evidential mediumship skills through consistent, guided partner sessions. Think of it like a spiritual gym: you show up, do the reps, and build real confidence through practice.

Psychic Situps was originally created by Alyson Gannon, whose passion for development and community helped so many mediums grow through practice. Today, Mediums Kelley Eckhardt and Jules Davis are honored to continue Alyson’s vision — carrying her legacy forward with the same heart, structure, and supportive energy, while bringing in fresh exercises and new inspiration each round.

In each session, you’ll work with a partner using guided prompts and focused drills to sharpen your evidence, strengthen your psychic senses, and learn to trust what you receive. Whether you’re returning for another round or joining for the first time, you’ll be welcomed into a warm community space where growth is encouraged and Spirit is always at the center.
